Hangs during download and initializing

If the DASHBOARD hangs or gets stuck while loading, try the following:

Note that completing these steps will remove the local store folder which stores any favorites or customizations you have set for your Actions.

• Close Photoshop

MAC USERS:
• Open a Finder window
• Click the "GO" option at top of your screen on the Mac menu bar.
• With the GO menu open, press and hold the alt/option key on your keyboard to make the "Library" option appear.
• Select Library and follow this path in your Finder window: Preferences > Stage Manager > Local Store

WINDOW USERS:
Start > Computer > C: > Users > Your User Name > AppData >Roaming > StageManager > LocalStore

***If you do not see the Application Data folder, go to your Control Panel > Folder Options > and click on the View tab. Now, scroll down and turn on the 'Show Hidden Files and Folders' option, press APPLY and then OK. Now try browsing to the path above again.***

Once you have located the Local Store folder, delete it or move it to the trash. Then launch Photoshop and the DASHBOARD and allow it to load.
