Activations and Activations Exceeded Message

An Activation refers to the number of times you can be logged into the Kubota DASHBOARD at one time. Any active subscription has a maximum of 2 activations.

If you need to access more than 2 DASHBOARDS at one time, additional subscriptions can be added to your account. Contact Customer Support to add.

If you receive an Activations Exceeded error
If you received the Activations Exceeded error, it is due to one or more of the following:

• You are trying to log into more than 2 DASHBOARDS at one time.
• Your subscription is not currently active.

Clearing your Activations
If you have an active subscription, you must:

• Log out of a DASHBOARD to access it from a different computer.
• If you cannot log out of a DASHBOARD, contact Customer Support and request your activations be cleared.
